+ To develop and implement innovative Public Affairs strategies that drive Sanofi's market access and policy objectives in Taiwan
+ To build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to shape the healthcare environment
+ To achieve market access excellence by proactively engaging key stakeholders to reshape health care policy
+ To lead Sanofi's collaborations with patient advocacy groups in Taiwan, champion the patient perspective across internal functional groups and develop creative solutions and programs to meet the dynamic needs of the patient community
**Main responsibilities**
**1. Strategic Health Policy & Market Access (40%)**
+ Develop and execute cutting-edge health policy strategies to secure and maintain reimbursement for Sanofi products.
+ Proactively identify and analyze emerging political and healthcare trends, translating insights into actionable strategies that position Sanofi ahead of market changes.
+ Lead high-impact initiatives to reshape reimbursement guidelines and resolve product access issues through strategic engagement with professional associations and key stakeholders.
**2. Innovative Stakeholder Engagement (30%)**
+ Design and implement creative approaches to build and nurture relationships with critical external stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare policymakers, and industry leaders.
+ Develop and execute a strategic stakeholder mapping and management plan, focusing on key influencers in the reimbursement authority and Ministry of Health and Welfare.
+ Serve as the primary liaison for healthcare policy matters, effectively bridging communication between local, regional, and global levels.
**3. Transformative Patient Advocacy Leadership (20%)**
+ Spearhead Sanofi's patient advocacy initiatives in Taiwan, developing innovative programs that set new standards in patient engagement and support.
+ Cultivate strategic partnerships with patient associations to drive policy changes, enhance market access, and align with Sanofi's business objectives.
+ Champion the integration of patient perspectives across Sanofi's functional groups, fostering a patient-centric culture throughout the organization.
**4. Cross-functional Collaboration and Thought Leadership (10%)**
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of public affairs strategies with commercial, regulatory, and market access objectives.
+ Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to internal teams on reimbursement topics and policy implications.
+ Contribute to the development of Sanofi's long-term strategic plans for the Taiwan market.
**About you**
+ Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Public Policy, or related field.
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in market access and/or public affairs within the Life Science industry.
+ Deep understanding of Taiwan's political landscape and healthcare system, including reimbursement processes and decision-making mechanisms.
+ Proven track record of successfully influencing policy changes at the national level.
+ Demonstrated ability to secure reimbursement approvals for high-value pharmaceutical products.
+ Strong existing network with relevant government stakeholders in Taiwan.
+ Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
+ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese.
+ Proficiency in project management and stakeholder alignment.
+ Visionary leadership with the ability to anticipate and shape industry trends.
+ Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions in a complex healthcare environment.
+ Strong political acumen and diplomacy in navigating sensitive stakeholder relationships.
+ Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory landscape.
