Job Description 

Lead, manage and develop the Fire, Terrorism and Tech Lines portfolio within the Czech Republic. Implement and deliver the overall strategy for sustainable and profitable growth (by acquisition of new business and organic growth on existing programmes).Manage the business strategy through exceptional risk selection, underwriting discipline, administration, and operations. Execute distribution management initiatives across all business segments. Enhance strategic alignment and develop effective relationships with all stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

Represent and promote Chubb at all levels; to Brokers, Cedents, Clients and to all other internal and external stakeholders.Develop market awareness, provide flexible strategies to support changing market dynamics and to deliver exceptional service at all times.Establish and deliver strong and consistent operational performance in respect of procedures, processes and controls including adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.Engage in and develop growth plans and improvement of profitability by reviewing the business operation and providing feedback to the Regional Property Manager.Lead and deliver career development programmes for reporting line staff.

Qualifications

University Degree ACII or Equivalent

Experience

5 years+ working experience within the Insurance industry Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of product line, the insurance market and competitors. Proven experience of effective dealing with brokers and clients. An experienced professional who is recognised externally as displaying superior leadership and performance qualities.
