Salary: $105 – 110K/yr + 10% bonus
Job Responsibilities: Monthly Property inspectionsRent CollectionsMonthly reports, including financial accountability Manage all tenant and vendor communicationsManage owner communications, including monthly conference callsTenant retention oversightTenant documentation managementLease administration, enforcement, and compliance, including working knowledge of the following: DefaultsCertificates of InsuranceGross SalesAccounting coordination including a working knowledge of the following: DefaultsAnnual ReconciliationsBudgetsAR/AP Coding and ApprovalCollectionsCash ManagementProperty Tax AppealsVendor coordination and oversight including service agreements, bidding and insurance requirementsConstruction Supervision for Landlord or Tenant build out and capital expense projectsProject Management and Bidding
Basic Hiring Criteria:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Property ManagementReliable transportation Proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with Yardi
