What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage a boutique portfolio of high-quality propertiesDeliver exceptional service to tenants and owners alikeCoordinate inspections (entry, exit, routine, open homes)Oversee maintenance issues and liaise with trusted tradesSupport leasing, onboarding and property handoversUse Console Cloud to manage operations with easeFoster great communication and positive tenant relationships

QualificationsA current Estate Agent’s LicenceStrong trust accounting experience 4+ years in residential Property ManagementProficiency with Console, Property Me, or similarA valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicleGreat time management and problem-solving skillsA professional, positive and people-focused attitudeConfidence navigating legislation and PM proceduresFlexibility to work Saturdays on rare occasions
