Essential Responsibilities:

As the Senior Project Manager you will:

Be responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resourcesSupport the Product Development and Sales team during pre-award phase in the creation of scopes, schedules, and budgets.Support the development of project revenue and costs budget and uses such budgets as a baseline for project cost performanceManage all commercial aspects of the project portfolioEnsure performance against all financial metricsOrganize project cost structure in Oracle ERPPerform customer work release review and compares with GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) estimate upon transfer of the proposal file from Commercial Operations to Project ManagementLead customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings.Accountable for overall project management strategy; interfaces & cooperates with all project management functions within Advanced Reactor Project Office and with supplier PMOAccountable for development and issuance of the Project Management Plan & related project plans and project procedures; promotes the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project teamRecommend and implements improvements in project management processes and proceduresLead the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project toolsEnsure compliance with U. S. government requirementsIdentify and communicate project resources demands and coordinate resource supply within a matrix organization, particularly with EngineeringSupport coordination of all activities related to the project; monitor and control progress on project deliverablesEnsure performance against all schedule metrics, particularly on-time delivery (OTD) of deliverablesEnsure the conformance of project deliverables with contract and project requirements; supports the resolution of technical and quality issues during execution of the work scopeEnsure that all project operations are carried out in accordance with the applicable procedures and any applicable customer and statutory requirementsCoordinate & chair regular project meetings with customer teams, internal team, and/or supplier teams; prepares supporting materials for such project meetingsDevelop and manages integrated project schedule with key supplier, specifically the Management Control Schedule; leverages schedule system reports, utilizing performance information to evaluate project schedule performanceLeverage internal work force planning tools in P6 ERPPrepare and organizes project correspondence, coordinating response drafts, approving, and issuing final letters consistent with project communication plan; ensures adequate communication to all project stakeholdersEnsure archiving of project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management PlanLead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reportsPerform production oversight of key suppliersSupport risk assessment and risk management programBe responsible for project risk management processes and developing and implementing project controls processes and toolsEnsure invoicing is assembled in accordance with the contract terms and government requirements. Provides necessary inputs & review to U. S. Government Accounting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Engineering or STEM Preferred) Minimum 10 years of project management experience on large power EPC projects (design, construction, commissioning, or operations)

The base pay range for this position is $132,000 to $200,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Friday July 25th

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
