The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. Summary

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is SAP’s multi-cloud PaaS offering and the technological foundation of SAP cloud products. Thousands of customers are running critical business applications on it. Keeping our customers’ data secure and managing it in accordance with laws and regulations and mitigating cybersecurity risks is of highest importance.
As Project Manager you will coordinate multiple strategic security projects across SAP Business Technology Platform. In this position you will support developers and enable team members to focus on delivery and drive actionable results, based on following tasks:

What you’ll do:

•    Capacity Allocation: Secure capacity, optimize workflows, and manage timelines.
•    Team Coordination: Assemble teams, streamline communication with various stakeholders, support and direct the teams, resolve conflicts.
•    Risk Management: Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingencies
•    Performance Tracking: Monitor progress, track KPIs, lead quality assurance, report project status and update on progress and problems to stakeholders, implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.

What you bring:

•    A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field and knowledge in at least one security domain
•    Advanced, practical experience in project management, IT, audits and compliance topics
•    Certification in PMP, IPMA or PRINCE2 is beneficial
•    Proactive mindset, can-do attitude and team spirit 
•    Knowledge in cloud technology and lean or agile DevOps practices
•    Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
