**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or high-profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **Strategic Project Leadership:**
+ Lead high-impact data centre projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with the firm’s strategic priorities.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, compliance, and external vendors.
+ Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
+ **Risk and Compliance Management:**
+ Identify and assess project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies, especially concerning compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
+ Ensure all data centre operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including data security and financial regulations.
+ **Budget and Resource Management:**
+ Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
+ Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
+ **Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring:**
+ Establish quality standards for project deliverables and monitor compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
+ **Documentation and Reporting:**
+ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
+ Prepare and present project updates and performance metrics to senior management and relevant committees.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on data centre operations and infrastructure within the financial services sector.
+ In-depth knowledge of investment banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
+ Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Professional qualification in PMP is an advantage
+ Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and vendor management
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project
+ Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
