We are seeking a talented individual to join our International Affinity team at Marsh. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Oversee key projects including digital processes, customer experiences, services & productsResponsible for development and management of analytics and reporting for International Affinity across all markets internationally (both internal reporting and analytics consulting to clients)Working with International, Regional, and Local digital teams to drive deliverables across internationalWe will count on you to:
As a Project Manager in the International Affinity Team you will work with the global management and our regional and local practices to help companies across the globe to develop and implement strategies and processes to serve their clients better.Support data analysis on client accounts within the International Affinity team, liaising with data resources across countries and regions internationally to draft client reports or presentations summarising key findings and implications, and recommending a strategy or solution to the client with occasional input from senior project team members Review the data analyses conducted by international data resources to ensure the soundness of the data, correct use of models or productsHandle day-to-day client contact/management to resolve project-related questions and challengesServing as a cross-functional agent and integrating business with digital processesSupport budget reporting, monthly reporting consolidation (including one-off reports) and analytics support.Support all client acquisition and retention developmentPrepare content for client stewardship meetings to show program performance and project developmentWhat you need to have:
Insurance knowledge is key with a knowledge of extended warranty and ancillary product is a bonus.Ability to define, develop and articulate project objectives and scope. With strong project management skills. Strong business analysis and customer experience skills with an appreciation of how to enhance first class customer journeys.Excellent communication with an ability to present ideas and complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders.What makes you stand out?
