At least 5 years of proven experience leading international projects (EUR20M+) and project teams in a global, fast-paced engineering, automation, or intralogistics environment.

A strong technical foundation that enables you to understand complex systems and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Advanced project management expertise - you’re well-versed in methodologies like IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, or similar, and you know how to apply them pragmatically.
