**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Lead cross-functional projects for the delivery of Power Semiconductor Reliability Test Systems.
+ Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful execution.
+ Collaborate with engineering, operations.
+ Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
+ Contribute to PMO process improvements and mentor junior team members.

+ Proven experience managing complex technical projects.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
+ Passion for delivering high-impact solutions that align with business goals.
+ Analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Experience in systems business, semiconductor reliability testing or power electronics
+ Background in test systems or high-voltage technologies
