Apply today! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Lead cross-functional projects for the delivery of Power Semiconductor Reliability Test Systems. + Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful execution. + Collaborate with engineering, operations. + Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting. + Contribute to PMO process improvements and mentor junior team members. **Who You Are:** You promote a sense of urgency and establish and enforce individual accountability in the team.
