An exciting opportuntiy for a global insurance firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Business Change function for an initial 6 month contract. This role will support large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes focused on restructuring, operating model delivery and offshoring.
The roleholder is will manage the conversion of high-level business requirements and use cases into detailed functional
specifications and project plans, including multi-year projects. You will develops methods for the implementation of long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcomevof highly complex and regional projects, and recommends appropriate solutions based on the business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on and integrating change management activities into the overall business / programme objectives and delivery plans. Develop and implement specific change strategies Evaluates each project's progress through project plans and regular status meetings to ensure that stakeholder, sponsor, and/or client expectations are being met, and conducts an annual evaluation according to the project evaluation framework. Negotiates resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities. Liaises with all resources required on projects to explore and document tasks required to fulfil each groups objectives in the project plan Oversee development of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, stakeholder analysis, communications and training plans.
Experience required:
General/London Markets Insurance or Banking experience required Target Operating Model Offshoring/Restructuing
