We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the external hard landscape package on the Ellison Institute of Technology project in Oxford – an architecturally ambitious, high-profile development blending science, wellness, and design excellence.

Your Mission:

As part of Laing O'Rourke's Vetter business – experts in high-quality finishes and specialist work packages – you'll oversee the delivery of complex external works including:

Paving, drainage and hard landscaping Bespoke finishes and detailing Coordination with design teams, suppliers, and multiple trades Managing programme, quality, commercial performance, and compliance

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience managing high-specification external works or hard landscape packages Ability to lead specialist subcontractors and interface with senior stakeholders A strong safety and quality ethos, aligned with project excellence Confidence navigating demanding urban sites with complex logistics
