To strengthen our Digital Supply Chain Team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d).

What you can expect:

\nLeading the Supply Planning Stream within our TWIN Planning Suite Project, from detailed design to implementation, testing and rollout.\nApply your extensive understanding of Supply Planning processes to ensure the successful design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.\nDemonstrate lateral leadership by guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring close alignment and balancing the needs of different stakeholders\nApplying relevant project management tools and methods\nServe as the central interface between all involved business areas, internal IT, and external software vendors to implement system-specific requirements.\nLead engagement and change management activities to ensure end-to-end success, both internally and with our supply chain partners.\nIdentify and manage all relevant risks to ensure the achievement of project-related targets, with strong adherence to timelines and business objectives. \nTaking over the Product Owner role for Supply Planning after the implementation, continuously shaping the future of our supply planning processes and systems.\n

Your profile:

\nYou have at least 5+ years experience in leading projects, including relevant experience in software implementation projects\nYou bring profound business understanding and a broad knowledge of business processes, especially in operations and supply planning, preferably within the fashion industry\nYou have a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and empower your project team, fostering collaboration and high performance.\nYou combine strong strategic thinking with a high ownership and delivery mindset, ensuring successful project outcomes.\nYou possess excellent negotiation skills and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including top management and external partners.\nExperience in agile environments and the ability to apply hybrid project management methods is a strong advantage.\nFluent written and spoken English rounds off your profile.\n
