Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence across our data and software engineering teams. This role requires a strong functional understanding of data pipelines, software development lifecycles, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Duties: * Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives impacting data and software engineering teams * Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations * Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies * Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure alignment with engineering workflows * Track and report on project performance using KPIs and dashboards * Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team collaboration
