Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager for one of our major retail clients. This person will be working on projects surrounding the implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and oversee additional ad hoc cybersecurity projects. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Delivery of the PAM implementation, including vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, and technical execution. • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple cybersecurity initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GRC, IAM, and Infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and compliance. • Drive strategic alignment and reporting for cybersecurity initiatives, including executive dashboards and performance metrics. • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure delivery milestones are met across concurrent workstreams. • Support ad hoc cybersecurity projects such as vulnerability assessments, ISO 27001 readiness, and third-party risk management We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 6+ years' experience in Technical Project Management engaging with industry senior leaders (Tech Mgrs & Director level) • Expert in analyzing stakeholder requirements, deciphering blockers, and facilitating smooth navigation in complex technical scenarios. • Self-starter; works and solves problems independently; extremely well organized. • PMP or CSM qualifications • Ability to work in an quickly evolving and fast paced environment where there is less rigid process in place • Cybersecurity experience is HIGHLY preferred but open to a very strong technical PM from similar domains • Retail experience • PAM experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
