Digital, Deposits, and Strategy is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sr. Project Manager to lead and execute key initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for execution, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights to tell a compelling story. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive progress and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects to ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Communicate to leadership on status, roadblocks, and any additional support needed
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk/issue logs.
Leverage data and analytics to track project performance, identify trends, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
Translate complex data into clear visualizations and insights that help tell the story and support decision-making.
Drive accountability and remove roadblocks to ensure project milestones are met.
Support process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery and business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 2 additional years of experience managing projects or leading project teams.
3+ years of experience managing projects or leading project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong execution and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong data literacy and ability to interpret and communicate data insights.
Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
Ability to create data-driven narratives that support recommendations and influence decision-making.
Experience with process improvement or continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Range:
$70,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD AnnualThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
