Senior Project Manager - Columbus, Detroit, Minneapolis
Description Description Digital, Deposits, and Strategy is seeking a Risk Program Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing key risk programs that protect the Bank’s operations, customers, and reputation. The role provides leadership in finding management, control oversight, business continuity management, and record retention. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure risks are effectively identified , mitigated, and monitored in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Duties & Responsibilities + Manage the end-to-end finding management process, including root cause analysis, corrective action development, remediation, validation, and closure of issues. + Provide control oversight by ensuring business unit controls are designed and operating effectively and support continuous control improvement initiatives. + Lead and maintain business continuity activities, ensuring plans are c urrent, tested, and align with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations. + Oversee record retention program compliance, ensuring adherence to established policies, retention schedules, and regulatory requirements. + Develop and deliver regular reporting and dashboards on findings, controls, business continuity, and record retention metrics to senior management. + Partner with Legal , Risk , Compliance , and business stakeholders to support audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews. + Promote a strong risk and control culture, supporting training and awareness across business units. Basic Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field OR equivalent work experience. + 5+ years of risk management, internal control, audit, compliance, or related operational risk experience. Preferred Qualifications + Strong understanding of operational risk, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks. + Experience managing findings, control programs, business continuity, or records man a gement. + Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive risk mitigation initiatives. + Total Base Pay Range: 70,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual #LI-MC1 Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD Annual The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
