We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager.
In this role, you will:
Influence strategy and shape the programme approach, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changesAccountable for the delivery, governance reporting to stakeholders including business technology Ability to build effective senior stakeholder relationships. Confidence to constructively challenge the agenda in order to help the business and technical teams deliver maximum value for each $ investedEnsure the programme aligns to HSBC strategies and contribute towards achieving strategic aimsEnsure that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the ProgrammeAccountable for the financial management of the programme, including headcount and software delivery capitalisationWork in collaboration with the Head of ASP for the negotiation with and management of, and service agreement monitoring of third party contracts with Technology suppliers, if applicableManage the development and promotion of the project management practices for Data DeliveryWork across business and technology to ensure that effective controls, procedures and quality assurance processes for the product have been applied in line with the Business Transformation Framework and HSBC Risk and Controls frameworkManage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realizationSome careers shine brighter than others.
