Job DescriptionJob Summary: Our teams are working on system solutions that can be scaled from L 2 to L4 automation levels, such as Xelve, our scalable AD and ADAS system set up for parking, humanized driving approach, and higher levels of automation, including autonomous driving. Data Drived Development and scalable platform solutions are key to enable such kinf of system development. The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex IT, Cloud transformation and development projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT project management methodologies, and the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocationStakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycleTeam Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional virtual project teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Strong collaboration with product organization as the execution is driven in SAFe agile frameworkRisk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project to ensure successful deliveryBudget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholdersChange Management: Manage project changes and ensure that change requests are properly documented, evaluated, and implementedReporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
