Your role
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will lead a diverse range of major capital building and infrastructure projects across Manitoba, working a talented team of industry experts.
You will leverage your project management expertise to oversee projects of varying sizes and complexity, from start to finish.
This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to drive the growth of our business in a way that aligns with both your personal values and the diverse needs of the communities we serve. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, and collaborative Senior Project Manager who is passionate about leading projects and fostering strong, enduring relationships with clients, senior leaders, and key decision-makers. Experience in the Infrastructure sector is considered an asset.

Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience leading project management mandates of varying size and scope, involving multiple stakeholdersExperience in successful pursuits of new business, winning key pursuits and mentoring new employeesA technical university degree or diploma in the construction industry field, along with credentials in business administration is considered a strong assetProfessional industry credentials such as PMP, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered a strong assetKnowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models, financial management, contract law and relevant legislationExcellent organizational and analytical skillsBroad written and verbal communication skill set including strong presentation, stakeholder facilitation and report and writing skillsEffective client, stakeholder and people management skillsExcellent speaking and presentation skills for clients and all levels of governanceAbility to influence others and successfully resolve a variety of commercial, people, client and technical issuesExcellent relationship building and collaboration skills to interact with clients, colleagues and external industry subject matter expertsDon’t have every single qualification?
