Job Description

Working in support of the insightsoftware JustReconcile product, the Senior Project Manager will build positive relationships with customers and serve as the primary point of contact during the Early Access Program and the driving force behind the launch.

JustReconcile is a brand new Agentic AI Reconciliation tool designed to by a financial assistant to the Office of the CFO

The role will include, but is not limited to:

Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across all phasesManage Beta/EAP program logistics and customer communicationsTrack milestones and dependencies across teamsRun weekly steering committee meetingsManage risk register and mitigation plansCoordinate with insightsoftware teams for platform integrationEnsure compliance and security requirements are metFacilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement

Qualifications7+ years’ experience managing and delivering IT implementation/Business Change projects in complex and challenging environments
