Summary: As a Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and executing a new construction project build from start to finish. You will work closely with the design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will be key in coordinating and facilitating various aspects of the construction process. Duties: * Development of project plans, schedules, and budgets * Coordinate with the project superintendents to establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines * Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to review plans, specifications, and drawings * Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, and industry standards * Expedite solutions to design clashes while coordinating with design team for best path forward
