Senior Project Manager
We design, build, maintain and provision communication networks and services across Canada and the United States with over 2,000 employees and select partners. Our engineering and construction teams have expertise in designing and building urban, rural and long-haul networks.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex telecom infrastructure projects, with a focus on long haul fiber optic routes. This role is critical to expanding our national backbone and ensuring high-capacity, resilient connectivity across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for long haul fiber builds including route planning, permitting, construction, and commissioningCollaborate with engineering, construction, legal, and vendor teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryManage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projectsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including environmental and right-of-way requirementsDevelop and maintain detailed project documentation reporting progress to internal stakeholders and executive leadershipCoordinate with carriers, municipalities, and third-party providers for interconnects and joint buildsDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and vendor performance

Qualifications:

8+ years of project management experience in telecom infrastructure with a strong focus on long haul fiber routesProven track record of delivering large-scale multi-state fiber projects on time and within budgetDeep understanding of fiber optic technologies, route engineering, permitting, and construction practicesStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera or similar

Working Conditions:

This position provides a flexible working environment, balancing your responsibilities between the comfort of your home office and the collaborative environment of our office spaces Travel up to 25% of the time to various Ledcor project sites and offices
