Roles and Responsibilities

First and primary customer contactAccountable for EHS of the project within the contractual obligationsFull Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility of the projectManages multiple stakeholders to ensure project completion (partner, contractors, customer)Early development of execution strategy with Inquiry To Order (ITO) Commercial manager and ensure successful transition of the projectDevelops and manages the risk register with mitigation actionTimely elevation of issues through Daily managementContinuous Risk & Opportunities register maintenance and mitigation actionsContract flip page with the project team to ensure all requirements are understood and alignedUnderstand and drive and keep accountable the project team to own main performance target i.e. Revenue, Cost Margin, cashAlign the project team when conflicting requirements arise (cost vs schedule, cost vs risk...)Support Functional project managers in escalation within project (across functions, with Customer, with Partner)Understand the Performance risk ahead of time (not only at the end of the project when official PT are run) and partner with Performance engineering team to mitigate the risksIn certain cases, might lead country level activities spanning multiple smaller projects /sites with small number of PMs potentially reporting to them.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited universityExpertise in energy industryExperience in working with customer different stakeholdersExperience planning and executing outages or repair activitiesFluency in Arabic & EnglishThis role requires significant experience in the Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university.The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

Expertise in Gas Power Services business is preferred Strong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.Knowledge and experience within the power industryFamiliarity with Contractual Service AgreementsKnowledge of the Field Service Portal (FSP) systemsTeam leader in a dynamic, energetic and proactive environment
