Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Senior Project Manager. Project Leadership: * Manage end-to-end delivery of billing and commission workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies * Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies Agile Methodology: * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming * Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine user stories, ensuring alignment with business needs * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the project team User Acceptance Testing (UAT): * Define and oversee UAT strategies, ensuring thorough testing of billing and commission systems * Coordinate with business users to validate functionality, resolve defects, and ensure readiness for production * Document and track UAT results, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards Stakeholder Management: * Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of billing and commission processes * Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing insights into project performance and strategic recommendations Risk & Issue Management: * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively * Develop contingency plans to address potential roadblocks and ensure project continuity
