Minimum requirements:
Project Management Qualification 5 - 7+ Years of project management experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS or technology-enabled environments Strong familiarity with PMO structures and governance principles Proven experience delivering business and technology projects within structured frameworks (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid) Confident communicator and facilitator, comfortable working across technical and business teams Skilled in tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence or equivalent platforms Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and a proactive mindset Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment This role will be vital in leading the planning, execution and governance of projects - coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets and ensuring successful outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations Will also help mature the PMO function by promoting project management standards, tools and delivery practices across the organization
