Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Juno Beach, FL. Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily project activities involving internal and external resources to support Development, Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and activities (Early Stage) through to the stage for BESS projects within the E&C Business Unit * Manage critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activities to meet project schedules * Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, and other project variables to ensure comprehensive project development * Develop and optimize the project's technical scope and variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility * Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations, as well as jurisdictional requirements * Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement needs to support the development of financial models and project designs * Actively seek out and leverage market data to ensure the financial model is robust * Present financial models to respective business units and manage them through executive budget approvals * Competitively source, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts for critical services, including geotechnical, survey, engineering, and EPC/PC services * Represent E&C's interests on assigned projects and engage in various software applications to support activities, manage critical data, and report on key indicators * Actively communicate and interface with Executive Leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and other stakeholders * Present project progress and risk mitigation strategies in meetings with various levels of management * Ensure seamless handover of projects moving to the stage to the Project Manager with an inclusive and executable plan
