Kforce is immediately seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) to support a fast-paced team working on high-impact initiatives. This role centers around managing multiple, complex projects within a broader initiative focused on improving customer time-to-self-install for whole-home wireless solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, can pivot quickly, and excels at managing dependencies across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate a portfolio of SDLC projects within a highly dynamic environment * Manage timelines, testing windows, and delivery pipelines across interdependent projects * Navigate delays and shifting priorities - e.g., projects that finish development long before test cycles open * Collaborate across multiple teams and domains including firmware, customer experience, and wireless activation * Track and report on project status, blockers, and milestones related to the self-install initiative (Program 3010) * Maintain clear documentation and updates via Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Trello) * Create presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and potentially tools like Smartsheet or Wrike * Facilitate sprint planning and team coordination in 2-week Agile sprints * Engage with other PMs across the organization to manage shared dependencies and drive alignment
