The role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-phased projects from concept design through to handover. **Key Responsibilities:** + Under limited supervision, conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. + Oversees all project phases, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover. + Manages projects of substantial complexity, ensuring design excellence, cost control, and timely delivery. + Coordinates with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals. + Provides technical leadership and assumes lead responsibilities for a team of architects, engineers, and professional support personnel. + Ensures compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and project specifications. + Develops project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, and monitors progress against KPIs. + Maintains strong client relationships and provides regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. **Qualifications & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred). + 20+ years of professional experience with a strong background in architecture and project management. + Extensive experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments or similar complex projects. + Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders. + Strong understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and international best practices. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. + PMP, RIBA, or similar professional certification is an advantage. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred). + 20+ years of professional experience with a strong background in architecture and project management. + Extensive experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments or similar complex projects. + Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders. + Strong understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and international best practices. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. + PMP, RIBA, or similar professional certification is an advantage. **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
