We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, comfortable navigating Agile delivery with relevant tools, while also being capable of applying structured, traditional project management approaches where required.Who we are

How you would make a difference
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of small to large-scale IT projects.Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.Use Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalents to manage project progress, track deliverables, and collaborate with teams.Engage with stakeholders across business, legal, compliance and technology functions to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies.Ensure alignment between product owners, DevOps, QA, and business teams.Deliver clear and timely communication, including executive reporting, status updates, and project documentation.Mentor junior PMs or Scrum Masters and promote a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.What you need to be successful
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in Agile environments.Proven experience in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and enterprise IT environments.Ability to adapt delivery approach based on project complexity, stakeholder needs, and organizational maturity. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.Experience delivering cloud-based, web, or enterprise applications.Familiarity with change management practices and tools.Background in software development or technical architecture is a plus.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
