**Description** Tyto Athene is searching for a **Senior Project Manager** to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.Positions are located both CONUS/OCONUS at the SOUTHCOM HQ in Doral, FL, and at the TSOC and other locations abroad (GTMO, Honduras, Colombia etc.). The Senior Project Manager leads the planning, management, and execution of highly complex projects through the entire ingest, testing, and fielding process, promoting efficiency in critical project management areas such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment. This role leads cross-functional teams, ensures project alignment with stakeholder requirements, manages risk, and drives delivery to cost, schedule, and performance goals in a high-tempo environment. **Responsibilities:** + Manages specific projects by defining project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance metrics + Continuously monitors, adjusts, and reports on project performance, budget, and schedule, providing detailed interim progress reviews to the Government as required + Proposes, implements, and enforces Government policies, standards, and methodologies, leading the development or oversight of comprehensive studies, reports, and acquisition documents + Documents all support requirements in a thorough Project Management Plan (PMP) and maintains and updates detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks + Verifies that technical and project management documentation, including acquisition documents, are accurately maintained and readily accessible + Drafts and provides updates to the customer via the integrator during weekly status update meetings + Works closely with government leadership, contracting officers, technical SMEs, Engineers and Administrators during all phases of the project management plan lifecycle + Mentors the Journeyman Project Managers in the execution of projects **Qualifications** **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or related field + 10+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years supporting DoD or federal contracts + Strong understanding of DoD acquisition lifecycle, FAR, DFARS, and contract management principles + Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint + Understanding of data visualization and reporting tools + Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn **Desired:** + Master’s degree in related field + Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and hybrid project management environments + Familiarity with tools like MS Teams and ServiceNow + Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe certifications **Clearance:** + Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI **Certification:** + DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role + Project Management Professional (PMP) **Location:** + Doral, Florida **About Tyto Athene** **Compensation:** + Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
