If you’re someone who leads with curiosity, balances urgency with calm, and brings both accountability and empathy to the table—we’d love to hear from you.What You'll DoLead the day-to-day workflow of integrated projects from scope to deliveryCollaborate across functions to align creative intent with timelines and resourcesDevelop project documentation including briefs, timelines, budgets, and scopes of workManage project performance, tracking scope, risks, resourcing, and financialsServe as a key liaison between teams, driving clarity, consistency, and momentumCommunicate status, identify blockers, and escalate risks to project leadershipChampion project management best practices to elevate delivery excellenceSupport the ongoing development of staffing plans in partnership with Resource ManagementContribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous Basic Qualifications5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in an integrated marketing or PR agencyBachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred QualificationsStrong command of PM fundamentals and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Office)Proven ability to lead medium-scale projects independently and effectivelyClear, confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environmentsBusiness-minded thinker with a solutions-first approach to problem solvingComfortable leading through ambiguity and managing competing prioritiesCommitted to respectful conduct, embracing diverse cultures, and practicing conscious inclusion$72,000 - $110,000 a year#LI-EB1
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
