Your Role:
As a Senior Project Manager on the Strategic PMO team, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that support the execution of our business strategies and objectives across the three Business Franchises. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who can adeptly navigate a complex matrixed organizational environment, ensuring that diverse teams work together effectively to achieve common goals. This position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, leveraging your leadership skills to inspire collaboration and commitment. In this role, you will act as a sparring partner and challenger to business leaders, fostering an environment of open dialogue and creative thinking. You will encourage teams to explore innovative solutions that enhance Profit and Loss (P&L) performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering high-impact presentations to executive leadership, translating complex project data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise in ISCO principles and business knowledge will enable you to address complex challenges effectively, driving meaningful outcomes that align with our organizational strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
Navigate a complex matrixed organizational environment to ensure effective collaboration across diverse teams.Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives and business case preparations & monitoring, fostering a culture of collaboration and commitment.Act as a trusted advisor and challenger to business leaders, promoting innovative thinking and problem-solving.Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to leadershipTranslate complex project data and information into actionable insightsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project alignment with business objectives.Utilize ISCO knowledge and business acumen to address complex challenges and drive impactful results.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including project management, CAPEX, operations or product managementProven ability to execute on cross-functional projects Strong business acumen, with knowledge of financial analysis, key drivers of ROI and demonstrated ability to deliver on KPIsExperience presenting to senior management and formulating strong presentationsFluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Master, MBA or PhD Ability to quickly distill information and create actionable plansExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence and facilitate without authorityProven ability to lead cross functional project teamsAnalytical mindset and problem solving capabilitiesAbility to think creatively in a fast-paced environment and manage stakeholder expectations while remaining focused on the delivery of outcomesWork independently, take initiative, and make fact-based decisions
Role must be based in MA area with the ability to be on site on a hybrid basis in Bedford or Burlington office
