The role of the Senior Project Manager – Linton is to, working under the direction of the Project Programme Manager in conjunction with the client requirements and the Spotless contracts team, plan, execute, and deliver projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Senior Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives, scope and undertake all Project Management activities to deliver client outcomes. The work also includes quality control throughout the Defect Liability and the facilitation of handover of scheduled maintenance activities for pricing and contract variation to the relevant Manager.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall Project Programme as well as tasking, outcomes and line management of the Linton Project Team.

Proven experience in project management planning and delivery for large complex clients.Sound commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and make business recommendations. Highly articulate with effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement and innovation. Highly effective planning, reporting and prioritising skills.
