What does a Senior Project Manager - Delivery do at Hogarth?
Working on an Global Iconic Brand, The Senior Project Manager has day-to-day contact with the Client Marcom team and works closely with their Project Managers and our Studio to organise, manage and deliver assets. You will have solid agency experience gained working on global retail and/or shopper accounts, from creative development to final production.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assets being delivered on time - through various CMS tools Manage asset distribution and maintain accurate records Works with the PM and Producers to ensure timings are met and keep leads up to date on progress and status Tracks and reports on the status of all assets Create clear briefs and brief out uploads to teams Create and manage matrices Check off assets against guides Ideally picks up overflow tasks from LOB PMRequirements:
5+ years of experience in Project/Asset Management delivery Strong communication and people skills Good process-based thinker that can still be creative with workflows Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team. Ability to focus in on one specific part of the PM process but with an understanding of the bigger picture Proactive - someone who can use time to set themselves up for success#LI-MV1
