This collaborative environment allows for sharing best practices and improvement ideas with other project managers working on similar projects.  This is a hybrid role with expectations for regular on-site presence, particularly during the initial months, to ensure thorough familiarization with the Operations sites you will be supporting.

Ensure Operations understands the impact of new processes stemming from the project.Manage Diverse Projects: Oversee projects involving the introduction of new products to our catalog, creation of custom products at customer request, transfer of processes from other internal sites, and optimization of existing processes.Conduct Feasibility Assessments: Assess project feasibility in terms of costs, resource needs, and capital investment for both ongoing manufacturing and initial development, process onboarding, and qualification/validation work. Determine project requirements, build a task list and timeline, and provide this information to business teams to evaluate project viability and pricing.Handle Administrative Responsibilities: Aid in master data management, manufacturing document creation, material management, change management, and equipment onboarding. While support may be available from the project team or other project managers, you will need to fill in gaps to complete these tasks.
