The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch of projects, meeting critical milestones in scope, schedule, financials, and overall quality. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, collaborate with dynamic teams, and drive innovative solutions that make an impact in sustainability and reliability.
You'll be at the heart of our project management strategy, supporting the PMO department, and delivering exceptional internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant project management experience.Proven expertise in leading new product development (NPD) projects, particularly within engineering and research-driven environments.Demonstrated leadership in delivering innovative solutions, with a focus on bringing new technologies or products to market.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to produce professional reports and present to executive audiences.Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in interpreting technical data and applying mathematical concepts to real-world challenges.Collaborative and safety-conscious mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and working effectively in integrated business teams.
