The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch of projects, meeting critical milestones in scope, schedule, financials, and overall quality. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, collaborate with dynamic teams, and drive innovative solutions that make an impact in sustainability and reliability.

You'll be at the heart of our project management strategy, supporting the PMO department, and delivering exceptional internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of high-impact, enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and innovation initiatives.Deliver new-to-market, new-to-company, and industry-first projects, driving innovation and competitive advantage.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and solution outlines.Manage vendor and consultant relationships, overseeing substantial budgets to achieve project objectives.Support project prioritization and resource allocation, contributing to effective portfolio management.Contribute to the development and execution of project management strategies, and provide regular reports to executive stakeholders.Mentor and support other project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing PMO environment.Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting environmental stewardship.Stay current with industry best practices, integrating continuous improvement and risk management into all project activities.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant project management experience.Proven expertise in leading new product development (NPD) projects, particularly within engineering and research-driven environments.Demonstrated leadership in delivering innovative solutions, with a focus on bringing new technologies or products to market.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to produce professional reports and present to executive audiences.Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in interpreting technical data and applying mathematical concepts to real-world challenges.Collaborative and safety-conscious mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and working effectively in integrated business teams.
