**Senior Project Manager – Business Transformations**

We have exciting positions in our Nestlé Global Services operations based in Manila, which works alongside stakeholders in Asia, Oceania and Africa (AOA) to provide Program Management services. This set up will focus on structuring and delivering the key programs to maximize benefit via a professional group of Program and Project managers.
When you join our Program Management team, you’ll collaborate across local and global Nestlé teams and external partners to deliver key Programs. Depending on the Program travel will be required.
**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager that demonstrates the ability to Lead, Oversee, Structure and Execute complex projects / programs across several different functional areas and geographical locations. This includes successfully shaping and delivering Business Transformation Programs with strong adherence to the defined business cases, operating with a high degree of autonomy on the Program Scope, Timelines and Budget. Close partnerships with business sponsors in Zone AOA is critical to success in the role.
**A day in the life ....**
+ Support stakeholders to structure Business Cases.
+ Completing activities related to Leading a Program.
+ Tailoring Program and Project Methods to ensure success.
+ Structuring Programs: Vision, Blueprint, Benefits Management and Realisation Approach, cost plan, Sub Project Plans and each Project planned by stages, Organisation & Governance plan, Resource plan, Change Management plan, Quality assurance plan, Risk Management Plan.
+ Monitoring and Controlling and Program and sub projects.
+ Regular updates with the program sponsor & Steering committee on:Business Case, project controls documents: Issue, Risk & opportunities, Change requests.
+ Facilitation and completion of Stage reviews / documentation and authorization. Regular documentation on decisions taken on raised exceptions. Established constructive working relationships (Net Promoter Score).
+ Successful Program closure authorized by Steering Committee: Program / Project Completion Report, Benefits Management progress update, capture of key lesson’s learned.
+ Provide input into each team members performance and development plans via regular feedback meetings on individual performance.
+ Utilizing internal shared services to supply project managers on your program or business request.
+ Coaching and developing project managers within the organisation.
+ Building and improving the PMO knowledge base.
**What Will Make You Successful?**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related study, or equivalent experience
+ Certifications in Project Management Institute (PMI), PRINCE2, Management of Successful Programs (MoP).
+ Minimum 15 years’ experience proven experience in leading teams, structuring and delivering Programs and Projects.
+ Leadership skills and track record in developing people in particular managing virtual teams across multiple countries
+ Managing cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way
+ Experience in managing complex Business Transformations which includes organisational, data foundations, technology, business process and shared service changes.
+ Operating in a Matrix Organization and leveraging influencing skills
+ Ability to tailoring methods and approaches for each Program and Project
