Sr. Project Manager

As a Sr. Project Manager here at\nHoneywell Connected Industrials (HCI), you will guide and manage a team of\nproject specialists, driving the successful execution of our technology\nprojects. Collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional\nteams, you will align IT project strategies with business objectives. With your\nexpertise and guidance, we'll navigate the complexities of project management,\ndelivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

You\nwill report directly to our Regional Project Management Leader and you will\nwork out of one of KZ locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you\nwill guide a project team, shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the\nsuccessful execution of our technology initiatives. Your guidance will empower\nyour team to excel, fostering their professional growth and development. By\noverseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you\nwill be instrumental in helping us achieve our long-term goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide and mentor a project\nteam, providing guidance, using best practices, and fostering project execution\non the most efficient way Work closely with senior executives and\ncross-functional teams to define and execute project strategies aligned with business\nobjectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency.Manage\nthe planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they\nmeet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Focus to be beyond the KPIs\n(revenue, margin, billings, change orders, cost savings, forecast accuracy,\nclient satisfaction) , and continuously find the ways of better execution Provide subject matter expertise in project management, offering insights, best\npractices, and guidance to your team.Oversee resource allocation (locally\nand abroad, by Honeywell resources or through 3rd parties), project\nprioritization, and technology investment choices to align with business\nobjectives. Ensure the consistent application of project management methodologies,\ngovernance, and compliance within your department.

YOU MUST HAVE

6+ years of experience in\nproject management, including at least 3 years in a guiding or team-leading\nrole.Strong guiding skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a\nhigh-performing project team.Proven success in delivering complex projects, meeting\nquality, budget, and timeline expectations. Exceptional problem-solving\nskills and the ability to make critical choices in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding communication and people-oriented skills to engage with\nstakeholders at all levels.

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in a relevant\nfield (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or\nTechnology). Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, Agile, or similar.Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic\ninitiatives. Strong project portfolio management skills. A passion for\nstaying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
