We believe every workplace can become a competitive advantage for our clients, contributing to productivity, reliability, engagement, quality, and brand. **What You'll Do:** + Price Projects: Dive into the details and ensure our pricing is competitive and accurate. + Win Projects: Use your charm and expertise to secure exciting new projects. + Deliver Projects: Take charge and see projects through from start to finish, ensuring top-notch delivery. + Client Presence: Be the face of our company on client sites, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** + Generate and Deliver Projects: Identify and generate project opportunities from within a set portfolio of maintenance contracts. + Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and become a trusted advisor. + Team Management: Effectively manage Project Supervisors and other associates for efficient project delivery. + Scope Definition: Collaborate with developers, designers, and sub-contractors to define and document project scopes. + Tender Management: Manage, run, and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer, carrying out full tender analysis. + Compliance: Ensure full compliance with QHSE practices, construction, and local legislative processes. + Risk Management: Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with projects. + Programme Development: Design and develop pre-construction and construction phase delivery programmes. + Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including estimating, business development, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management, and site management. + Reporting: Provide timely monthly reports to Country and Regional leadership. **Business Development:** + Pipeline Development: Identify and develop a pipeline of project opportunities from the portfolio of customers within the Business Unit. + Visibility and Presence: Leverage opportunities through visibility and presence on customer sites. + Collaboration: Work with colleagues to identify project opportunities and promote business through case studies and site tours. **Building Relationships:** + Customer Relationships: Build strong, effective working relationships with customers and site teams. + Supply Partners: Develop a pipeline of supply partners with the correct approvals in conjunction with the central procurement team. **Commercial Awareness:** + P&L Accountability: Take full accountability for the P&L on each project, ensuring financial objectives are met. + Financial Management: Analyse variances, initiate corrective actions, and ensure projects are commercially viable. + Compliance: Ensure all projects are managed through company policies and procedures in relation to commercial activities. **Why You'll Love This Job:** + Dynamic Environment: No two days are the same!
