Senior Project Manager – eFront/Alternative Investment Implementation
Job Description The Senior PM will own implementation and adoption of eFront within the Alternatives business. They’ll partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to ensure smooth integration, train users, and embed eFront into daily workflows. The role is highly execution- and adoption-focused, ensuring the platform delivers on its promise to streamline Private Credit/Private Equity processes. Key Responsibilities • Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of technology transformation project within the Alternatives business, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met. • Target Operating Model Design: Partner with senior investment leaders to define and implement optimal operating models for Private Credit, Private Equity, and other alternative investment strategies. • Technology & System Oversight: Lead system selection, adaptation, and integration, with specific focus oneFront, and other alternatives technology platforms. • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key interface between investment teams, operations, technology, vendors, and senior management to align objectives and secure successful adoption of new solutions. • Change & Adoption: Drive organizational readiness, ensuring smooth adoption of new platforms, workflows, and processes across investment desks. • Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance, provide regular updates to executive leadership, and ensure delivery risks are proactively managed. • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline investment lifecycle processes (deal capture, portfolio monitoring, reporting, performance, compliance) through technology and workflow redesign We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 10+ years’ project/program management in asset management, investment banking, or consulting with strong Alternatives exposure • Strong knowledge of Private Credit and Private Equity investment processes, products, and data requirements • Hands-on experience implementing Alternatives platforms (eFront strongly preferred; Investtran or equivalent acceptable) • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and change management — training users, embedding workflows, maximizing platform usage • Deep understanding of target operating model design, business process re-engineering, and technology transformation • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior investment professionals and C-suite leaders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to cut through complexity and deliver pragmatic solutions • Background from an investment bank or asset manager (vs. pure consultancy only) • Track record of leading technology adoption/change management in Alternatives space • Ability to advise users on best practices, tradeoffs, and workflow design around eFront and other platforms null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
