Overview

IQVIA is currently looking to expand our Translations Services team in the United States due to continued growth and demand for Linguistic Validation & eCOA services. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in support of providing translation solutions across the life sciences industry.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directly overseeing the operational aspects of Linguistic Validation & eCOA projects and programs. Additionally, our Senior Project Managers ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with established SOPs, policies, and practices.

Essential Functions

Create, track and report on project timelinesProduce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.Responsibility for financial reporting on the project including tracking deliverables and invoicingMay participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations.Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organization.Meet with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to ensure project milestones are met.Lead problem solving and resolution efforts.Manage project budgets and approval of invoices.Produce and distribute reports and presentation materials.Provide input into project proposals and RFPsTrain and mentor junior Project Manager staff.Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvementsPrepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Req5 years of related LV/eCOA PM experience requiredStrong knowledge of different eCOA toolsEquivalent combination of education, training and experience requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metricsGood teamwork skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work with minimal directionStrong software and computer skills, including MS Office applicationsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $76,000.00 - $190,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
