Join us in this meaningful role where you’ll help ensure safer, more empowering digital experiences for kids. As part of our Kids Engagement team, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading critical communications with partners, key projects and operations. This is a parental cover until June 2026. We offer a hybrid working week through our Best of Both model: 3 days in our Billund office and 2 days from home. **Please note:** No relocation assistance is offered for this role. **Core Responsibilities** + Your main focus will be Responsible Digital Engagement – working closely with internal teams and external partners to integrate and bring to life child safety and wellbeing policies across our kids’ digital ecosystem. + Lead a variety of projects aligned with our Responsible Digital Engagement strategy including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), OSA (Online Safety Act), DSA (Digital Services Act), Moderation – initiating new workstreams and taking over existing ones. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, effective delivery. + Support the smooth operation of the LEGO® Magazine for kids, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with our broader engagement strategy. + Drive strong communication and alignment across diverse teams – including Digital Product, Technology, Content, Legal, Social Responsibility, and more – to keep projects on track and stakeholders engaged with a shared purpose. + Prior experience in digital child safety, wellbeing, or empowerment is a strong plus, but not a requirement – we encourage candidates passionate about making a difference for kids in the digital space! **Play your part in our team succeeding** The Kids Engagement team is responsible for understanding children as an audience, setting and activating strategies (ecosystem, membership, engagement), and guiding cross-functional team execution to deliver value to children.
