We are seeking a new team member to join our team at Danfoss Climate Solutions, Solutions & Technology. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, focused on data center solutions, and have a real impact on the future of sustainable technologies.

Job Responsibilities You oversee our diverse set of projects: Customer co-creation, change & process-related as well as innovation technology projects. You create comprehensive project plans: defining key deliverables, crafting a stakeholder map, and breaking everything down into clear work packages. You ensure that we communicate regularly and openly, keeping all stakeholders informed. You adhere to the project's activities, schedule, and resource commitments. You coordinate project communication to all relevant stakeholders – from operational to C- level management, internal to external. Background & Skills

Additionally, we are looking for:

You have a can-do mentality and are continuously striving to grow and improve. You hold a relevant university degree in engineering and/or business administration and ideally You have at least eight years project management experience. You will have a working technical knowledge of data centers. You can demonstrate proactive stakeholder management skills. You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
