If so, let's start the conversation. **Senior Project Manager, Commercial Excellence Initiatives** The Senior Project Manager, Commercial Excellence Initiatives, is responsible for leading cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives globally, aligning with our strategic goals from planning to delivery for the Commercial Excellence organization globally. This role acts as a single point of contact for highly complex solutions, ensuring successful delivery from inception through post-implementation review. This role requires an agile, responsive professional adept at working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning, attention to detail, time management and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and consistently deliver business outcomes. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are crucial for navigating complex organizational structures and driving enterprise-wide initiatives. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Strategic Project Leadership: Develop comprehensive project strategies, clarify goals, scope, resources, and budget. Lead all project elements from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budget. + Stakeholder & Resource Management: Collaborate with and provide updates to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders, ensuring project success and buy-in. Lead and direct project teams, optimizing resource utilization. + Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues. Align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall change management plan, negotiating trade-offs between time, cost, and scope. + Communication & Reporting: Produce accurate, timely, and impactful communications and reports for all stakeholders, including presentations and status updates. + Governance & Benefits Realization: Lead or support governance meetings and project reviews. Ensure robust internal controls and conduct evaluations to confirm the project delivers intended business benefits and achieves defined outcomes. + Center of Excellence Management: Establish and maintain a center of excellence within Commercial Excellence Initiatives to share best practices across regional leaders and functions, driving continuous improvement. ​ **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:** + Project Management Expertise: Minimum of 8 years of progressive project management experience, with a strong understanding of methodologies, risk management, budgeting, and performance monitoring. + Transformation & Global Experience: Demonstrable experience transitioning business processes, executing large-scale transformation projects, and working on global projects with diverse stakeholders. + Organizational Acumen: Experience implementing or operating in a shared services model. Ability to navigate complex organizations, manage interdependencies, and build effective cross-functional relationships. + Certifications: PMP and Six Sigma certifications are an advantage. + Change Management: Strong organizational change management experience, including designing and implementing adoption strategies. + Adaptability & Digital Proficiency: Highly flexible and adaptable to change, comfortable with digital tools, and eager to learn new ways of working. + Ownership & Problem-Solving: High degree of personal ownership, accountability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. + Interpersonal Skills: Positive and professional attitude, able to self-start with ambiguity, and proficient in collaborating with virtual project teams. + Tools: Competency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.
