Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standardsPerforms studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiativesCreates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or projectWorks to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makersDirects all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completionActs as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesAssists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholdersBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Project / Program ManagementExperience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality deliverablesExperience with and/or working with phase gate processes for product developmentEarned Value Management (EVM) and Control Accounting Management (CAM) experienceExperience leading projects in a cross-functional environmentWilling and able to travel 35% domestically and internationallyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with commercial, military or commercial derivative aircraft sustainment, field services and/or maintenance; KC-46 experience is a plusBachelor's degree (or 6 years practical experience) preferredExperience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partnersDrug Free Workplace:
