We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Management Officer.

Principal responsibilities

Managing the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders on HSBC standard tooling and maintain the overall master data.Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources.Provide guidance, templates, tools and training to project manager and teams.Identify, Monitor Control project financial risks / issues in consultation with all parties.Assist Senior management with tracking project budgets and forecasting costs.Manage the budgets, forecasts and plans with all stakeholders end-to-end along with presenting the summary on regular basis for Senior management decision making purposes.Execute the reviews on workforce/headcount status and helping with the projections, rates, FTE spreads over the year. Accurate controlling of rolling forecast positions for keeping track with corresponding numbers to be in line at every monthly / yearly cycle.
