**Core Responsibilities**
+ Drive upstream Portfolio Enabling (PE) processes to explore and implement new product/packaging/production capabilities
+ Lead the upfront concept evaluations, and drive prioritization and commitment decisions amongst all relevant sponsors and partners
+ Assess portfolio needs and build business cases that enable strategic opportunities
+ Maintain PE roadmap with a 3-5 year view in order to explore, validate, pilot, and scale new capabilities
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Element Design, Graphic Design, functional areas in Operations, Finance, and business users) to ensure successful implementation
+ Identify trends and areas for process improvement to support evolving business needs and systems
+ Lead risk management assessment across both feasibility, desirability, and viability and secure mitigation activities through project lifetime
+ Manage project progression and provide leadership direction in changing environment
+ Lead the right balance between agile and waterfall and be the change agent for new ways of working
+ Support quality delivery and a key player in complexity management

The Project Management & Portfolio Enabling team provides project leadership in the end-to-end novelty product development process - bringing fantastic ideas to life and joy to our consumers in the "heart" of The LEGO Group. As Senior Project Leader for Portfolio Enabling, you will support the identification of strategic operational capabilities tying to future commercial needs, and strive to further build our long-term competitive advantage. You will also drive process optimization, ways of working, and a collaborative approach to improve time to market.
**Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**
+ Commercial (Cand. Merc. HA/HD), Engineer, logistic education or other relevant education
+ Extensive project management experience, specifically in Product Development, Design, Finance, or Operations
+ Masters or equivalent experience with solid know-how of supply chain management – like operations, planning or procurement.
+ Ability to thrive and lead the way forward in a changing environment
+ Resilient when things are tough, able to remove roadblocks and look for different ways to achieve the objective
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills and ability to engage with partners on all levels
+ Proficiency in English
