Our Engineering Construction division is experiencing rapid growth and has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. We are seeking a skilled Senior E&I Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of E&I Infrastructure projects. This position will be Perth-based with occasional site travel managing the delivery of new Infrastructure works including Battery Storage, switchyard and a High Voltage distribution powerline installation works in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
Work pack development and aiding with planning, scheduling and executing the scope of work including organising project resources, equipment and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirementsProvide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of workAdvise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performanceWork in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications and ISO requirementsBuild and foster positive relationships with key stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring:
Previous experience working in a E&I Engineering capacity, developing project/construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting and monitoring milestones within the mining industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem solving abilityClear technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change managementTertiary Qualification in EngineeringSound knowledge working to AS/NZ ISO: 9001 Quality Standards, Electrical regulations and the Mines ActProof of right to work in AustraliaLife at Monadelphous
