Job Description:

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for execution of the customer’s statement-of-work.  Thus, assuring flawless, on-time deliveries.

 Potential Key Responsibilities:

Management of project scheduling in Excel, BusinessMap or MS Project (or similar)Review documents for completeness of content, accuracy of structure and consistency to standards (architecture, etc.)Project management experience with Rolls-Royce Corporation 10+ yrsCoordinate with Subject Matter Experts to fix technical shortfalls and add content where neededCoordinate approval and sign offs of design and review documentation, upload into appropriate systemsGather engineering technical data to develop review presentations, including problem statement/reason for change, solution options and drawings/documents to be changedSupport Review meetings, including scheduling meetings, support presentation, and assisting in closure of Action itemsDevelop business cases for reduction activitiesTrack schedule and cost metricsManage Customer point of contact by assisting with scope and work package definitions, report weekly status, conduct quality and progress reviews, solicit regular Customer Satisfaction FeedbackCreate a team environment where our employees are encouraged to grow professionally and challenge themselves

Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering technical fieldExperience with business administration, project management, and controls engineering are a plus10+ years of career experienceStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentationsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office tools
